I drink 2 cups green tea with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice in each of them.
I drink 6 or more cups of water a day.
Before I go to sleep I drink 250ml hot water with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1-2 tablespoons honey! (It depends on how much I’m craving for sweets)
These are the only things I’m doing for weight loss and I eat 600-1000kcal a day bcs I love bread and in the country I live in we eat A LOT of bread. Anyways I already lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks with only doing this and it really helps!
(I take vitamins: copper, biotin, vitamin C, zinc and vitamin B2. Idk if those help with losing weight bcs I only take them for my hair and my nails.)
